Welcome to The Phoenix Community

Have you ever been to a meeting or group where it seemed that no one in attendance had the same life struggle as you? As a matter of  fact the more you thought about the group, the more you realized they didn't seem to have any problems at all. Maybe you were at the group or meeting where you personally knew that others had life-struggles, but for whatever reason they refused to admit it. Regardless of your past experiences with church or religion,  you can rest assured that you have stumbled upon a group that is different. Not only do we admit that life is a journey of brokenness, we have come to the place where we understand that a life of passion and purpose is lived through the experience of struggle.

At the core of The Phoenix Community of Atlanta we believe that we are all much more alike than we are different,  and we connect on a deep level of "Like-Brokenness" that transforms isolation into community. Life lived in connection and community with others is one key to living the transformed life for which God created us, and living life that is transforming is our goal for all who connect with us.

If you love great coffee, or if you are a coffee newbie, you can feel great about buying The Phoenix Community of Atlanta coffee! With our importer and private master roaster on board, our private label house blend is perfect!

Our goal as a church planting community is to relationally plant and nurture twenty Phoenix Community of Atlanta churches around the city of Atlanta. Our goal and model is that each community would reinvest 100% of the weekly offering back into the community in which it serves God. Here are the ministries in which The Phoenix Community of Atlanta is actively ministering:

1.  Home for single mothers and their fatherless children
2.  Addiction recovery and spiritual mentoring for addicted men
3.  Prison support for men and women

4.  Monthly food aquistion and distribution which creates   economic margin for families in NE Atlanta
5.  International Refugee Ministry
6.  Long term recovery for women who have suffered childhood abuse

Individually you can make a $25 or more donation to the ministry and we will send you a pound of freshly roasted coffee as a thank you/prayer reminder. We are also seeking churches and businesses that will commit to purchasing 10 pounds per month, because unbelievably for every 82 establishments that purchase 10 pounds of coffee a month, we can plant a church that gives back the majority of God’s offering back to the community that is desperate for it.

Just click the contributions, gifts, and support button on the bottom right of the screen and you will be directed to our PayPal sight. Fill in your shipping information, and in the memo section type the code word “Coffee” if you are ordering by the pound or “Gift” if you are making a $25 or more contribution. Either way we will send you your freshly roasted coffee out the same day.
